How do platform fees work?
Every booking carries two platform fees. The coach pays a booking fee at checkout on top of your rate (currently 15%, or 10% for coaches on a paid plan). Your facility also pays a platform fee on the booking: 20% on the free Starter plan, dropping to 15% on Professional and 10% on Enterprise. On a $100 booking as a Starter facility, the coach pays $115 and you net $80. Upgrading a tier lowers your fee so you keep more of every booking. Standard card processing applies, the same as any online payment, and tax applies to the platform fee only.
What do the paid plans actually add?
The biggest lever is your platform fee: paid plans cut it from 20% to 15% (Professional) or 10% (Enterprise), so you keep more of every booking. They also add more facility listings, more staff seats, priority placement, and (on Enterprise) branded booking on your own domain plus embed tools. While we are building out your metro, listings are unlimited and free, so many facilities start on the free plan and upgrade once the fee savings outweigh the subscription.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, you'll keep your current features until the end of your billing period.
What happens after my trial ends?
Your trial converts to a paid subscription automatically. You'll be charged the plan price on the day your trial ends. You can cancel anytime before then if you decide it's not for you.
How do I add staff accounts?
Professional and Enterprise plans include multiple staff accounts. You can invite team members from your business settings page. Staff can manage bookings and respond to inquiries.
Is there a long-term contract?
No contracts! All plans are month-to-month or yearly (for a discount). You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your billing period.
