Is GameSpace really free to start?
Yes. Listing your facility is free - no monthly fee and no credit card to start. And while we are building out your metro, you can list unlimited facilities free (limited availability during buildout).
How do platform fees work for my facility?
Every booking carries two platform fees. The coach pays a booking fee at checkout, on top of your rate (currently 15%, or 10% for coaches on a paid plan). Your facility also pays a platform fee: 20% on the free Starter plan, dropping to 15% on Professional and 10% on Enterprise. On a $100 booking as a Starter facility, the coach pays $115 and you net $80. Upgrading a plan lowers your fee so you keep more of every booking. Standard card processing applies, the same as any online payment.
How do I get paid?
Coaches pay when they book, securely through Stripe. Stripe Connect pays out to your bank weekly, on Fridays; when the money arrives depends on your bank.
What sports does GameSpace support?
Fields, courts, and gyms across baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, and more. If coaches book it, you can list it.
How does setup work?
Setup is self-serve: add your details, photos, sports, hours, and pricing, then publish. Card payments switch on once Stripe verifies your payout account.
What happens with no-shows and cancellations?
Payment is collected when the coach books, not after. Your cancellation policy decides refunds in the 72 hours before the start time; a coach who cancels 72 or more hours ahead always gets the facility rate back (the booking fee is not refunded). GameSpace applies it for you - no chasing anyone for money.
Can I list more than one facility?
Yes. While we are building out your metro, you can list unlimited facilities free. After that, your first facility is always free, and a paid plan adds more listings, staff seats, and branded booking when you are ready to scale.
Do coaches actually use this?
We are growing the coach side alongside facility supply, metro by metro. Because listing is free, there is no cost to being visible to coaches in your area as they come online - your open slots are searchable from day one.
